House rules

Please help us maintain the house.

• No smoking

• No pets

• No shoes in the house - help us maintain the new floor

• Free cancellation for 48 hours. After that, cancel one month before arrival for a 50% refund. Cancellation after, the remaining rate has to be paid excluding the cleaning fee. 

• Final payment and Security deposit (1000 CHF) upon check-in. If you damage the home, you agree to be charged.

• Note an additional Local tax fee will be collected from you upon arrival. This is 3,5 CHF (adult above 16 years) or 1,75 CHF (6-16 years) per night and will be collected in cash. This is a mandatory Nendaz tax on tourist which is paid to the authorities.

• In the winter months snow chains and winter tires are essential for access to the ski resort.

• Rubbish must be taken away from the chalet on departure.
